Arunangshu Mondal is a development professional with 13+ years of experience in the social and development sectors. He has worked with different state governments and diverse donor-funded projects across Rajasthan, Uttar Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh, West Bengal, the North Eastern States, and Odisha. His work focuses on education, child rights and protection, adolescent and youth empowerment, gender, and health. He is passionate about driving positive change through advocacy and partnerships with local communities, government departments, PRIs, and civil society organisations. He currently serves as Senior Manager, based in Bhubaneswar, where he supports the implementation of RTE Section 12(1)(c).

His areas of expertise include programme management, stakeholder management, advocacy, training and capacity building, reporting and documentation, monitoring and evaluation, grant management, needs assessments, and nonprofit organisation management.
