Dilip Show is a development professional with 5+ years of experience in rural livelihoods, enterprise promotion, programme management, and policy design. Over the course of his career, he has worked across block, district, and state levels, serving as a Unit Head at the block level, a thematic lead at the district level, and a project nodal at the state level, giving him a comprehensive understanding of grassroots implementation as well as policy design and governance. He has worked extensively with government systems in Bihar to strengthen community institutions, promote sustainable livelihoods, and improve income opportunities for rural women.

His expertise includes managing large-scale development programmes, designing operational systems, building SHG-led enterprises, developing policy frameworks, and coordinating with government departments, development partners, and other stakeholders. He has led and supported key initiatives such as JEEVIKA Didi Ki Rasoi and the Pradhan Mantri Formalisation of Micro Food Processing Enterprises (PMFME), enabling thousands of women entrepreneurs through capacity building, enterprise formalisation, and market linkages.

In his current role, Dilip provides strategic and technical support to the Labour Department, Government of Bihar through migrant policy and welfare policy drafting, programme implementation, and improving service delivery. He is currently supporting the Directorate of Primary Education, Government of Bihar, in strengthening the implementation of the Right to Education (RTE) Act, particularly Section 12(1)(c), through policy strengthening, development of operational guidelines, enhancement of digital governance systems, grievance redressal mechanisms, and monitoring frameworks.
