Kuni Mohanta holds a Postgraduate degree in Anthropology from Utkal University, Bhubaneswar, Odisha. She has been working in the social and development sector for the past five years. Before joining Indus Action, she worked as an Associate Coordinator at Rupayaan Organisation, where she led grassroots-level initiatives for over two years. At Indus Action, she works on the implementation of the Right to Education (RTE) 12(1)(c) programme in Odisha. Her areas of expertise include programme management, programme implementation, stakeholder management, training and capacity building, reporting and documentation, and field visits. She enjoys field visits, capturing stories, and photography.
