Namrita Mishra is a development professional with 4+ years of experience in programme implementation, government engagement, research, and community-led development across labour welfare, education, rural livelihoods, and social impact sectors. She has experience in designing and executing field interventions, strengthening institutional systems, and driving evidence-based programme delivery in collaboration with government departments, community institutions, and development partners.

Her areas of expertise include programme and project management, stakeholder engagement, policy and scheme support, monitoring and evaluation (M&E), field research, communications and knowledge management, beneficiary outreach, and the development of IEC and advocacy materials. She is skilled in translating field insights into actionable strategies through documentation, reporting, and implementation frameworks.

Currently, she supports the Labour Resources and Migrant Workers Welfare Department, Government of Bihar, with a focus on labour governance, welfare delivery improvement, policy analysis, scheme development, implementation planning, and organisational communications. Previously, she led programme operations and system-strengthening initiatives, including coordination with government stakeholders, community outreach, donor reporting, grant support, and research initiatives across labour and education programmes.
