Prasenjit Sur completed his Bachelor’s degree from the University of Delhi in 2022 and worked for two years in political consulting across Bihar, Chhattisgarh, Gujarat, Goa, Telangana, West Bengal, and Delhi. His experience includes field operations, stakeholder engagement, survey management, and data collection.
In 2024, he took admission for a postgraduate degree in Development Studies at the National Institute of Technology (NIT) Rourkela. During his internship with Wassan under the Government of Odisha’s Shree Anna Abhiyan programme, he worked closely with Self-Help Groups (SHGs) and Farmer Producer Organizations (FPOs), supporting programme implementation and field research.
His interests lie in public policy, rural development, research, and community-based programme implementation, with a focus on creating evidence-driven and inclusive development outcomes.
ESIS Model Dispensary
Supporting the implementation of the ESIS Model Dispensary initiative by conducting beneficiary surveys to capture the experiences and perspectives of insured persons. Contributing to the development of IEC materials and assisting with the induction and operationalization of pathology laboratory services at the dispensary under the guidance of the project Manager
AUSY Scheme
Baseline Student Experience Survey (Upcoming) – Will be supporting the design and implementation of a survey with first-cohort AUSY beneficiaries to understand their application process, access to benefits, and overall experience. The findings will help generate insights for programme improvement and implementation.
