Pulkit’s academic background is in economics and he brings experience working on academic and policy research, most recently at the World Bank. Thematically, most of his work has centered around questions of women’s economic empowerment (WEE). This work has spanned causal impact evaluations and rich descriptive analysis using both primary and secondary data. He is interested in working across disciplines and at the intersection of research and practice.
