Ritica is a development professional with 5+ years of diverse professional experience. Since 2022, she has been working with not-for-profit organisations to build and strengthen fundraising and donor management functions. Her core strengths include fundraising pipeline development, donor outreach, proposal writing, donor engagement, and reporting. She has contributed to securing grants from foundations and CSRs, led a crowdfunding campaign, strengthened the fundraising capacities of grassroots CSOs, and designed fundraising systems and processes from the ground up. Driven by a love for structure, she enjoys bringing clarity and order to fragmented fundraising processes.
Over the course of her career, she has worked with organisations including Jan Sahas and Alohomora Education Foundation and is currently part of the Fundraising team.
A commerce graduate, Ritica began her career in auditing financial statements at KPMG. Realising that her interests lay beyond balance sheets, she pursued a Master’s in Development at Azim Premji University and transitioned into the development sector.
