At Indus Action, she has progressed from operations and stakeholder management through Technical Project Manager for RTE DPG (Digital Public Goods) implementation across two states, to her current role owning end-to-end product vision, functional specifications, and citizen experience for the mobile app.

Leading end-to-end product development of Andhra Pradesh's unified citizen services mobile application, responsible for product vision, roadmap, PRDs, citizen journey design, UX strategy, and cross-functional coordination with government stakeholders and third-party technology partners. Driving the design of a single citizen interface integrating service discovery, applications, grievance redressal, and AI-powered search.
Right to Education (RTE) Digital Public Goods (DPG) Implementation in Punjab & Tripura
Served as Technical Project Manager for the first implementation of a Digital Public Goods (DPG)-based RTE solution across states. Acted as the bridge between operations, state governments, and third-party technology vendors, managed implementation challenges, contributed to the DPG 2.0 product roadmap, and partnered with state education departments to drive onboarding, adoption, and implementation readiness.
Unified Scholarship Interface (USI), Telangana
Led the end-to-end discovery and operational work stream for the Unified Scholarship Interface in Telangana. Conducted a comprehensive diagnostic study by interviewing key stakeholders, mapping the scholarship delivery process, identifying systemic bottlenecks, and presenting recommendations to the Principal Secretary, Social Welfare Department, securing in-principle approval. Subsequently, supported the rollout of one of the recommended models, contributing to improved scholarship application uptake.
Grievance Redressal (GR) Redesign for Electronic Service Delivery (ESD)
Led the redesign of the grievance redressal experience for the Electronic Service Delivery ecosystem. Conducted user research with MeeSeva operators and e-District Managers, analysed one year of grievance data to identify root causes and channel migration patterns, designed the end-to-end IVRS workflow, and carried out a UI/UX review of the grievance portal. The recommendations were approved and adopted by the department, resulting in improvements to the grievance resolution process.
